Theme and basic information

A street crossing in some English town? Yep, that’s the theme we get here. It could be any town anywhere, but we know it’s a British town, because of the Beefeaters making an appearance in one of the features. They’re as British as it gets, so in England we are.

And yes, the scene is set at a street crossing. The traffic are the symbols rushing along the reels and on both sides of the reels, pedestrians will stop to wait for the signal to turn green.

The theme is actually a lot of fun and really well done. And the characters crossing the streets are quite charming. They all represent a wild, which is one of the most unusual forms of wild symbols we’ve ever come across (pun intended). In fact, we get 15 different kinds of wild symbols in this game. The other symbols on the reels are somewhat random: a case full of cash, a motorcycle helmet, a boom box, a wallet and a key. Each of these pay out between 80 coins (the key) and 300 coins (the case full of cash). The remaining symbols are playing card symbols from 10 to A.

Walking wilds when the lights turn green

The main feature in this game are the walking wilds. They come plentiful and will line up on the sidewalk, waiting for the lights to turn green. Whenever that happens, the wilds will walk across the reels on every spin, coming from both directions.

There are three special wilds, which can act differently than the others:

• Sleepy wilds – Two elderly pedestrians who may randomly ‘fall asleep’ on their reel position while crossing. They will then remain in place for a number of spins.
• Speedy wilds – The youngsters among the wild symbols will speed across, taking two reels at a time.
• Couple wilds – When these two bump into each other on the reels, they will combine under an umbrella and add a 2x multiplier to all wins they are a part of.

You never know when the lights turn green for the wilds to start walking and the number of spins each round is different as well. They will usually continue until the last wild has walked across the reels.

Special wild features

Conclusion: A fun slot with great winning potential

But this is a slot with low volatility, so you’ll be winning often, even if rarely big.
