Spintropolis Casino is another one among the brand new casinos launched last ( November 2017) by Equinox Dynamic N.V., who seem to have come out in full force with their range of online casinos.
Spintropolis takes its own spin on the futuristic theme and presents itself in quite the attractive design that doesn’t immediately scream ‘online casino’. For some that’s an important aspect of the online casino experience, which should and can provide more than simply having us spin the reels and wheels and click some buttons to flip some cards.
You’ll be able to find a great range of games from some big name providers such as NetEnt, NextGen Gaming, Play’n GO or Amaya. Hundreds of games are available for you and that includes Live Games as well.
Signing up at this new casino will reward you generously with 20 wager-free spins and a 200% welcome bonus of up to €1,000. Additional bonuses await the players.
Here are some things we noticed and liked about the casino at first glance:

Equinox Dynamic N.V. offers mostly the same bonus for each of their new online casinos. They’re in many ways very similar across the board, though you may get a different matching percentage, you will encounter very much the same bonus terms.
At Spintropolis you will be able to claim a 200% deposit bonus on your first deposit and get up €1,000 with that. Of course, you don’t have to claim the whole amount. Considering that you will need to wager deposit and bonus money 30 times before you can withdraw your winnings, you may wish to take it easy. You will also only have 15 days to turnover your bonus funds. You may also wish to consider that you can only play slots and scratch cards from Betsoft, Fugaso and GS in order to meet the wagering requirements.
Additionally you can only withdraw up to 20x your deposit money until your balance is reset to 0. At that time your wagering requirements will be reset.
The bonus terms can be a bit confusing here and you will need to review them thoroughly before claiming a bonus. It is possible to cancel the bonus with the customer service team after you registered, but you will need to do so before making your first deposit.
Also, there are 20 free spins you can claim upon registration. Those are also available once you’ve contacted customer service. The free spins are wagering free, which means any winnings are yours.
Once again a live casino can be found at Spintropolis. However, the tables don’t get a dedicated section. Instead you’ll find them in the cards and table games section, strewn in among the other games there. But it is easy enough to distinguish them as live games.
You’ll get a handful of live tables, including Roulette, Blackjack and Baccarat, which are all coming from Extreme Live Gaming.
Exquinox Dynamic N.V. definitely favours working with this Novomatic subsidiary and with good reason as they do provide a great live experience to their customers.
Equinox Dynamic N.V. very much works with the same providers for all their casinos. Thus you can expect to find games from NetEnt, NextGen Gaming, BetSoft, Amaya Gaming, 1X2 Gaming, Playson, Play n GO, ELK Studios, Booming Games, Lightning Box Games, Spinomenal, MrSlotty Games, Fugaso and Booongo at Spintropolis as well.
That means you’ll find about 800+ games at this online casino, most of which are slots, but by no means all of them. Among the new and great titles at Spintropolis are Zodiac, Hugo 2, Finn and the Swirly Spin, Maniac House, Gates of Hell, Planet of the Apes, Blood Suckers II or Dragon Dance.
The library of games continues to grow as the developers release more games.
And if you’re looking for more than just slots, you’ll be delighted to learn that the casino certainly offers more. They host an excellent range of card and table games that include many varieties of Blackjack, Baccarat and Roulette, but also card games such as Pai Gow, Casino Hold’em, Caribbean Poker or Alien Poker (this is a futuristic casino, after all). You’ll also find a number of Video Poker games and Keno as well as Bingo.
Scratch cards and other games that are difficult to categorize are found in the ‘casual games’ section.
Since Spintropolis fails to supply us with a dedicated section for jackpot games, we don’t exactly know how many of them are available at the casino. Judging by the sister casinos that we already reviewed for you, you can expect to go looking for around 30 jackpot games. Chief among them is definitely “The Glam Life”, which is just about the only big jackpot that could win you a life changing amount.
There are a few Betsoft games available that feature jackpots, but you kind of have to know them to find them. Or you simply browse the entire games library. At least some of the jackpot games are marked as such.
Unfortunately the big NetEnt jackpots are currently missing from this casino and that’s a shame.
Once again already familiar with what Equinox Dynamic N.V. has to offer, we know what to expect with the customer service at Spintropolis. They’re also located in the Slovak Republic, meaning native English speakers are unlikely to answer the phone or live chat. The latter is available 24/7 and can get a little stilted because you won’t get native speakers on the other end.
It is still your best option to contact the customer service teams. Whilst a phone number is provided, international call charges are likely to apply. Additionally you can always write and email for questions or issues that don’t need to be resolved quickly.
As we have noted before, the casino does provide loads of information beforehand, even if some of it is not easily understood or a little convoluted. But by reading through all the FAQs and bonus terms and other conditions thoroughly, most questions should be answered in advance. That includes any questions pertaining to withdrawal policies.
This has been a major point of contention for us since we first reviewed a casino operated by this group and we won’t say anything different here. A Europe-facing online casino should always also provide a European gambling license. It makes addressing any issues or potential complaints much easier to the customer and we know we can trust the licenses from Gibraltar and Malta. Their regulations are arguably stricter than those of Curacao.
We certainly hope that Equinox Dynamic N.V. will obtain such licenses in the future. For now they may still get the benefit of the doubt as their casinos are still new and we’ve not heard anything unusually negative about them.
No surprises here either. Spintropolis provides its own page for payment options that are available and they include all the important payment methods as well as a few more obscure ones that are only relevant in certain countries.
You can expect to deposit via Visa and MasterCard, Skrill, Neteller and paysafecard as well as zimpler, ecoPayz and Trustly. Additionally Bitcoin is available at the casino, which is still not overly common and quite welcome for some who like to use the crypto currency.
The withdrawal policies here are also the same as we know them from sister casinos. That means having your ID verified could turn into a somewhat arduous process, especially since you need to provide various documentation to prove your identity and ownership of the account that you use to make deposits and request withdrawals. This is presumably done for your protection, but somewhat tedious as well.
Thankfully it is all outlined in detail and you can review the policies before ever making a first deposit to begin with.
You should also be aware that there’s a minimum €100 withdrawal per withdrawal you request, but a maximum €5,000 within a 30-day period.
Spintropolis appears to be a futuristic city where everything is about gambling. This is the place to visit to try your luck at the reels and wheels and card tables. The design is quite attractive, especially if you like science fiction. The colours are various shades of blue, sometimes verging into purple. The design is clean and tidy and therefore as functional as we could hope for.
Plenty of links lead us to the different sections of the casinos, but at the same time the homepage does not appear to be overly cluttered with too much information.
Navigation is a breeze and the layout intuitive enough that you won’t get lost here. There’s nothing confusing about the website and you get a fun gaming environment that you can enjoy even if sci-fi isn’t your thing.
New online casinos are not always doing great in the mobile casino section, but Spintropolis doesn’t have to hide here. With a futuristic online casino such as this one we would certainly expect that they also do well in this particular category, because the future of gambling is definitely in the mobile arena.
Thus the design translate neatly onto the small screen as well. Colours pop a little more here, navigation is as easy as you would expect and the pages load smoothly. You will also be able to access all the important information mobile that you get on the desktop version as well, meaning mobile players are in no way disadvantaged here.
We already know all the promotions that Spintropolis has on offer, because they are very similar to those we know from sister casinos Nordicasino and Superlines. You can avail yourself of a payment method bonus of 15%, if you choose an eligible payment option for your deposit. Among the options available are Skrill and paysafecard.
Additionally there is the Happy Hour promotion on Friday between 2pm and 8pm, where you can grab 100% on your deposit and at the beginning of every month another deposit bonus awaits. It’s all pretty good and we’re quite glad that the offers are available, even though they could, perhaps, get a little bit more creative or individual, because at this point Equinox casinos become slightly interchangeable.
That is also true for their VIP package. Don’t get us wrong. The VIP program is actually really quite good. It offers a lot of advantages and it has four tiers, each one of which is giving players more benefits than the last.
Monthly cashbacks are included on the two highest tiers and you can collect cash points that convert to cash, which is then wagering free. Plus, the cash point balance only resets on the 1st January, by which time you surely have used it.
Alas, why not add some network promotions into the mix or some free spins on top of those you get for registration? Most bonus offers are offers for bonus cash only and every once in a while a tournament might be nice or gadgets that you could win.
Spintropolis is thus far a solid casino. It’s still too new for us to be able to give a final verdict. The makers have to prove themselves and players have to proclaim their satisfaction and desire to return. We’ve given it a thorough once-over, but only long-term experience with the casino can truly show us how it holds up.
We’ve made mention of all the things that are still flawed and could or should be improved. Give us a European license, introduce more jackpot games, improve customer services and add more variety in the promotions section.
The selection of games and providers is great and you get a good portfolio at Spintropolis. But those aren’t our only criteria for recommending an online casino and the whole thing needs to stand on more than just one leg. For now you can certainly check the casino out for yourself and get an idea of what it’s like. It does have enough going for it and as long as you deposit carefully and are aware of all terms and conditions as well as the withdrawal policies, you should be good to go.
