Luck comes when you least expect. For instance, it comes on your birthday. A lucky gambler form France celebrated his birthday by throwing his winnings of $30,000 into the air. The man was on holiday in Uruguay in order to celebrate his birthday when he won $30,000 in a resort’s casino.
According to other reports, the lucky guy was staying at the well- known Punta del Este resort which is situated in southeast of the country. He won the money at the resort’s casino and afterwards went for a drink in the Moby Dick pub. Then he decided to throw his winning off the terrace of the pub.
People immediately rushed to cash the money. It is reported that a local dishwasher managed to catch $3,000 of the winnings. The workers and other customers at the pub were said to have caught between $100 and $500.
According to the local people that were in the pub that night, the Frenchman also used a couple of one hundred-dollar bills to light a cigar. The event reportedly occurred in the early hours between 6.30 and 7.30 am. When the winner decided to get back to his hotel room, he realised that he didn’t have any money with him. So he had to borrow some so he could pay the taxi driver.
