Superlines seems to aim rather high and promises to be not only one of a kind but to put their players first every time. They want to provide us with an incredibly real casino experience and they want to lead the crowd when it comes to all things online casino.

A three-tier welcome bonus and a high roller bonus
Granted, there’s is not an awful lot to be learned about their welcome bonus on the casino’s homepage. They say that you can claim a 400% bonus on your first deposit and up to €1,000. On your second bonus you can claim another €1,000, but it doesn’t mention the match percentage you get. And the third deposit may be tripled, but here we don’t know how much the bonus money amounts to.
That could really be improved, especially since it doesn’t give you further details even when you click on the “Find out More” link.
There you will only learn what you already know and they mention that the bonus money and deposit are subject to 30 times wagering before a withdrawal is possible.
The bonus terms and conditions in their entirety also don’t mention further details about the three deposit bonuses. Here you’ll find out, however, that bonus funds can only be wagered through on games (slots and scratch cards) from Betsoft, Felix Gaming, Fugaso and GS. This is a restriction typical for the operator.
And once again you can only cash out up to 20x your deposit once you receive the bonus funds. When your funds reach 0 that amount is reset, however.
There’s also a high roller welcome bonus available. Players who deposit €500 or more on their first deposit may be eligible for the high roller bonus. Here you’ll get automatically 100% on top and up to €2,000. Once again the bonus funds and deposit would need to be wagered 30 times before a withdrawal is possible.

The customer service team is available to you 24/7, but don’t expect them to be native English speakers or any other language that the homepage is available in (Spanish, French, German, etc.). Thus answers to the chat may take a little time and you may find that the English you’ll be served is not exactly brilliant. Usually communication is a bit stilted and slow, but the team appears to try hard to help.

Thankfully Superlines does provide a lot of comprehensible information in advance and you’ll only find yourself contacting them in case anything is unclear or you have more specific questions to ask. Payments
On the ‘payment options’ page you’ll find all payment options that Superlines makes available to their customers. Here you’ll learn that Visa, MasterCard, Trustly, Sofortuberweisung, giropay, Skrill, Neteller, paysafecard, ecoPayz and Bitcoin are all among the payment methods at Superlines.
There are more options available, most of them more local however. You won’t need all of them and most customers will stick to the best known ones.

The withdrawal policies are complicated and a little convoluted. You’ll have to go through the usual ID check for your own protection, but you also have to prove ownership of the deposit and withdrawal accounts, i.e. that the Skrill account you wish to withdraw to is truly yours.
It’s handy to know that the minimum required withdrawal is €100 per withdrawal and that there’s a maximum withdrawal of €5,000 per 30-day period.

One major point of contention for us is the fact that the casino only has one gambling license and it’s not even a European license. Whilst the Curacao gambling jurisdiction was one of the very first online gambling jurisdictions that handed out licenses, it’s simply not convenient to have a regulator overseas in case of dispute.
Plus, regulations for European and UK markets are far stricter than they are elsewhere and the MGA, Gibraltar and particularly the UK impose very strict regulations to their licensees.
We hope that Equinox Dynamic N.V. will eventually obtain a European license as well – if for no other reason than our peace of mind.
Tidy, neat and perhaps a little too predictable
Superlines comes with a very tidy design. It’s modern without being overly innovative. The colour scheme is orange with grey and a touch of light petrol here and there. It’s definitely a pleasing palette.
Navigation and layout are very neat and sorted in an orderly fashion. You won’t get lost here and everything is very easy to find. That makes it a casino for those who don’t like clutter and don’t need anything graphically overwhelming or ‘out there’. But we’re missing the wow-effect just a little and find the design a little bit predictable. There’s nothing that really excites us here, but then again, there’s nothing wrong with functionality that is pleasing to the eye.
Great on the go
The design does translate well to the small screen and the colours pop just a little bit more on your smartphone. The mobile casino is definitely very tidy as well and in this particular case we don’t mind at all, because clutter can be utterly distracting and that’s no fun when playing.
You’ll find plenty of games in the mobile casino and won’t be missing out on any of the experiences you would also have on your computer. Superlines provides a great mobile casino that is definitely worthwhile trying.
Some solid promotions and a VIP package

And finally we have the VIP scheme, which is not too bad at all. It consists of four tiers, which is pretty normal. You’re automatically enrolled as soon as you begin gambling with your first deposit. There are various advantages to each tier and your points balance only resets each 1st January. That’s actually quite good and gives you plenty of time to work on your status and convert your points to real cash.
Conclusion: Not quite breaking the mould
Indeed, that’s another one of their claims: that they would break the mould as an online casino and not be as generic as so many others out there, partnering with only the best providers and offering a unique casino and player experience. Alas, that is not quite the case. Not yet anyway. Certainly, when it comes to providers they work with, their selection is not like everyone else’s, but you do find most of the developers that you can find elsewhere as well and the differences aren’t really that unusual.
Superlines does have a few quirks that you may not find elsewhere, but whether that makes this casino an outstanding one remains to be seen. There are still some flaws we would like to see dealt with to improve the overall casino experience for the players. You’re definitely welcome to check the casino out, because you’ll get a pretty solid experience here, but proceed with caution. There’s no need to claim the welcome bonus to its full extend and you are going to have to thoroughly review the withdrawal policies before depositing too much money here. Superlines will have to prove itself before we can truly recommend it without hesitation.
