Casino Superlines was launched in 2017 by Equinox Dynamic N.V., who’re at home in Curacao. This is not the first or only casino that the operator launched last year and you’ll recognize their style from casinos such as Nordicasino.
Superlines seems to aim rather high and promises to be not only one of a kind but to put their players first every time. They want to provide us with an incredibly real casino experience and they want to lead the crowd when it comes to all things online casino.
Additionally they promise respect, trust, transparency and valuable customer service to us, considering these the most important aspects of their relationship with the customers.
They sure go all in when it comes to their welcome bonus, which offers a staggering 400% and up to €1,000 on the first deposit. That’s a rarity and reason enough for us to have a closer look at what Superlines might have to offer us.
So here are some things we like about the casino:
Software: NetEnt, NextGen Gaming, 1x2 Gaming, Leander Games, Amaya, Nektan, Elk studios, Lightning Box, GameArt, Ainsworth Gaming Technology
Support: Live Chat, Email, Phone
Play on: Computer, iPhone, Android
E-Wallets: 24 h
Credit/Debit Cards: 0-1 d
Bank Transfers: 5 d
Granted, there’s is not an awful lot to be learned about their welcome bonus on the casino’s homepage. They say that you can claim a 400% bonus on your first deposit and up to €1,000. On your second bonus you can claim another €1,000, but it doesn’t mention the match percentage you get. And the third deposit may be tripled, but here we don’t know how much the bonus money amounts to.
That could really be improved, especially since it doesn’t give you further details even when you click on the “Find out More” link.
There you will only learn what you already know and they mention that the bonus money and deposit are subject to 30 times wagering before a withdrawal is possible.
The bonus terms and conditions in their entirety also don’t mention further details about the three deposit bonuses. Here you’ll find out, however, that bonus funds can only be wagered through on games (slots and scratch cards) from Betsoft, Felix Gaming, Fugaso and GS. This is a restriction typical for the operator.
And once again you can only cash out up to 20x your deposit once you receive the bonus funds. When your funds reach 0 that amount is reset, however.
There’s also a high roller welcome bonus available. Players who deposit €500 or more on their first deposit may be eligible for the high roller bonus. Here you’ll get automatically 100% on top and up to €2,000. Once again the bonus funds and deposit would need to be wagered 30 times before a withdrawal is possible.
Lastly, if you have a registration bonus code, you may even receive a bonus upon registering your account and before making your first deposit. Here you can expect some free spins, which are subject to 45 times wagering.
Needless to say that you’ll easily find 800+ games at Superlines. The casino works with quite a number of games developers, among them Netent, Nextgen, 1×2 Gaming, Amaya, Elk Studios, Leander Games, GameART, GS, Fugaso, Lightning Box, Play’n GO and Ainsworth.
All those providers can be found at other online casinos, but the mix is certainly unique enough to make this casino a little different from many others. For some players it may just be the perfect combination, whilst other might miss providers such as Microgaming or Yggdrasil Gaming.
In any case, among the games featured here you’ll find Hugo 2, 88 Wild Dragon, The Angler, Book of Dead, Fire and Steel, Finn and the Swirly Spin, Fruit Zen and many others.
But those are only the slots and that’s by no means all Superlines has on offer.
Click on the “Game Category” menu and you’ll find various categories for other games as well. Roulette, Blackjack and Casino Poker each get their own category, whereas Baccarat, Keno and Bingo are lumped together under “Other Games”.
Half a dozen scratch cards are available to you and nine Video Poker games can be found here as well.
At Superlines you’ll even find a “VIP Games” section, offering quite a few different games in the table game category as well as Video Poker. We’ve rarely seen the likes of it and are quite intrigued by the various ways according to which you can filter games here. Even mini bet games are available, which are mostly version of popular slots from quite a few different providers that allow mini bets for the smaller budget.
Needless to say that the live casino also gets its own section. Here you’ll find 30 different table games, which is quite impressive for a relatively new casino such as Superlines. The tables are mostly provided by Extreme Live Gaming, a subsidiary from Novomatic.
Whether you’re looking for Roulette, Blackjack or Baccarat, there’s plenty of all of it and many Roulette tables even have a different theme, based on some famous Novomatic slots.
Extreme Live Gaming is a great provider of live casino tables and their games are absolutely worth trying out, even if you’ve never heard of them. We do provide an introduction to them among our game developers.
Right now you will be able to find 34 jackpot games at Superlines. At least that’s the number you get when you filter the games according to jackpot titles. But if you know that “The Glam Life” is actually also available at the casino, even though you won’t find it under the filter, we can safely count 35 jackpots at the time of writing our review.
Most jackpots hail from Betsoft, but there are a few others from other developers as well. NetEnt jackpots are notably missing, which is a shame, because they’re among the biggest and most popular.
Instead you will find such titles as:
It’s certainly a unique selection that we’ve not seen before. The largest progressive jackpots seem to accumulate in The Glam Life and Dark Harbour Jackpot. The latter is currently at over €2 million. Most other jackpots are not quite as life changing as this one.
Just like the support for its sister casino Nordicasino, the support for Superlines is also located in the Slovak Republic. The customer service team is available to you 24/7, but don’t expect them to be native English speakers or any other language that the homepage is available in (Spanish, French, German, etc.). Thus answers to the chat may take a little time and you may find that the English you’ll be served is not exactly brilliant. Usually communication is a bit stilted and slow, but the team appears to try hard to help.
Before contacting the customer service team, however, you can always browse the FAQ section and read up on the most frequent questions and their answers there. Thankfully Superlines does provide a lot of comprehensible information in advance and you’ll only find yourself contacting them in case anything is unclear or you have more specific questions to ask. Do keep in mind that email is also an option, but calling is not recommended as international call charges are likely to apply.
One major point of contention for us is the fact that the casino only has one gambling license and it’s not even a European license. Whilst the Curacao gambling jurisdiction was one of the very first online gambling jurisdictions that handed out licenses, it’s simply not convenient to have a regulator overseas in case of dispute.
Plus, regulations for European and UK markets are far stricter than they are elsewhere and the MGA, Gibraltar and particularly the UK impose very strict regulations to their licensees.
We hope that Equinox Dynamic N.V. will eventually obtain a European license as well – if for no other reason than our peace of mind.
So, Superlines promises to put customers first and they promise full transparency. Unfortunately that does not seem to extend to publishing the RTP numbers of the casino. Granted, they’ve only opened their virtual doors last year and may not have that many players yet. But public audits and the availability of actual payout information that is returned to the players inspires a lot of confidence and would go a long way towards ensuring full transparency.
Then again, most well established online casinos don’t publish their RTP numbers either.
On the ‘payment options’ page you’ll find all payment options that Superlines makes available to their customers. Here you’ll learn that Visa, MasterCard, Trustly, Sofortuberweisung, giropay, Skrill, Neteller, paysafecard, ecoPayz and Bitcoin are all among the payment methods at Superlines.
There are more options available, most of them more local however. You won’t need all of them and most customers will stick to the best known ones.
In order to find out more about the withdrawal policies, you can visit the dedicated page for that topic. Superlines doesn’t make it easy, mind you. The withdrawal policies are complicated and a little convoluted. You’ll have to go through the usual ID check for your own protection, but you also have to prove ownership of the deposit and withdrawal accounts, i.e. that the Skrill account you wish to withdraw to is truly yours.
It’s handy to know that the minimum required withdrawal is €100 per withdrawal and that there’s a maximum withdrawal of €5,000 per 30-day period.
Do be sure to read through all the small print on this page as it will save you from disappointment later and ensure that you’ll get along with the casino.
Superlines comes with a very tidy design. It’s modern without being overly innovative. The colour scheme is orange with grey and a touch of light petrol here and there. It’s definitely a pleasing palette.
Navigation and layout are very neat and sorted in an orderly fashion. You won’t get lost here and everything is very easy to find. That makes it a casino for those who don’t like clutter and don’t need anything graphically overwhelming or ‘out there’. But we’re missing the wow-effect just a little and find the design a little bit predictable. There’s nothing that really excites us here, but then again, there’s nothing wrong with functionality that is pleasing to the eye.
The design does translate well to the small screen and the colours pop just a little bit more on your smartphone. The mobile casino is definitely very tidy as well and in this particular case we don’t mind at all, because clutter can be utterly distracting and that’s no fun when playing.
You’ll find plenty of games in the mobile casino and won’t be missing out on any of the experiences you would also have on your computer. Superlines provides a great mobile casino that is definitely worthwhile trying.
Apart from the welcome bonus and the high roller bonus, Superlines has a few more things on offer. Those are all casino run bonuses, however, and currently not much in terms of promotions where you could win cash, free spins or gadgets and some such.
But we’re not complaining. For now this is pretty good and more than many other casinos have available. For instance, you could avail yourself of a special deposit method bonus where 15% extra bonus money await when choosing a particular payment option. Skrill and paysafecard are both available here. The extra bonus is subject to 50x wagering, though that does not apply to the deposit you made.
Happy hour Fridays are also a thing at Superlines. Here you can grab an extra 100% bonus on all deposits you make each Friday between 2pm and 8pm GMT.
And finally we have the VIP scheme, which is not too bad at all. It consists of four tiers, which is pretty normal. You’re automatically enrolled as soon as you begin gambling with your first deposit. There are various advantages to each tier and your points balance only resets each 1st January. That’s actually quite good and gives you plenty of time to work on your status and convert your points to real cash.
Indeed, that’s another one of their claims: that they would break the mould as an online casino and not be as generic as so many others out there, partnering with only the best providers and offering a unique casino and player experience. Alas, that is not quite the case. Not yet anyway. Certainly, when it comes to providers they work with, their selection is not like everyone else’s, but you do find most of the developers that you can find elsewhere as well and the differences aren’t really that unusual.
Superlines does have a few quirks that you may not find elsewhere, but whether that makes this casino an outstanding one remains to be seen. There are still some flaws we would like to see dealt with to improve the overall casino experience for the players. You’re definitely welcome to check the casino out, because you’ll get a pretty solid experience here, but proceed with caution. There’s no need to claim the welcome bonus to its full extend and you are going to have to thoroughly review the withdrawal policies before depositing too much money here. Superlines will have to prove itself before we can truly recommend it without hesitation.
