A while ago NetEnt came to an agreement with IGT to integrate their games to be able to distribute them in Canada. Now their games are live in British Columbia.
NetEnt in Canada
A few months ago, NetEnt and IGT inked a deal that would see the integration of NetEnt’s games into the IGT Connect Integration layer provider to the lottery by IGT. That would allow players to access NetEnt’s games as part of the offering from the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC).
The technical integration has now been completed, which means that players with the BCLC have now access to NetEnt fantastic portfolio.
We’re not entirely sure if that includes NetEnt’s mega progressive jackpots as well, but we’re certainly hoping that it does.
NetEnt continues to expand
NetEnt has been very active in the last few years when it comes to moving into North America’s regulated markets. The game provider, one of the biggest and most popular in the world, has been making important strides within the regulated markets of the United States and is now thrilled to be able to offer their games in Canada as well.
Group CEO Therese Hillman says “Entering regulated markets is a vital part of our strategy going forward, especially within the WLA segment. I am sure that our exciting games will be much appreciated by BCLC’s players.”
