Playtech’s Neon Rolls out in Grosvenor UK Casinos

The land based department of Playtech is going to roll out its casino management system called Neon at 55 Grosvenor casino establishments throughout the United Kingdom. Once the deal is finalized about 90 percent of the brick and mortar casinos in the UK will have chosen Playtech Retail’s Neon as a management system.

This system is part of the omni-channel solution of Playtech One whose aim is to strengthen tier one cross channel player conversion. It also provides casinos with a single player view of their customers. With the use of Neon, 55 casinos of the Grosvenor brand will be able to manage customers, track the data of players and cash flows at decks and guest relations as well as support the activities of the group related to fair and responsible gaming and anti money laundering.

Grosvenor also plans to implement the Neon Analytics business intelligence platform including a range of dashboards which will meet the specific needs of the casino venues and the main office management teams.

Neon at Grosvenor casinos will provide a web-based HTML5 user interface through the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform. The gaming company will implement the system and the management service for the platform and software.

The managing director at Intelligent Gaming Systems, a subsidiary of Playtech, Martin Sykes said that they are very proud of this move and are looking forward to the collaboration with the largest casino operator in the UK. “With this we will cement our position as a top notch supplier of systems to retail operators. The move is also another example of the consultative approach of Playtech. We have taken the time to analyze the requirements of the Grosvenor brand and worked closely with individuals and groups to identify opportunities to make our systems better and improve the business processes of casinos.”
