One of the leading casino software providers Playtech have just signed a new partnership deal with Warner Bros. According to the deal Playtech will have the right to release six different slot games with a theme based on DC’s iconic Batman TV series from the 60’s.
Playtech issued a special press release in which it was stated that two of the games are due to be released this year, whereas the rest of them will be launched in 2017. The two games that to be launched this year will feature progressive jackpots.
The games will be called Batman & The Joker Jewels and Batman & Catwoman Cash. They will include authentic video and popular phrases from the original series.
The games will be part of the DC Super Heroes progressive jackpot series, so players will compete for a jackpot prize that links all games that are part of the Super Hero series.
The first game, Batman & The Joker Jewels has 25 pay-lines and 5 reels. This game features a Joker Random Wilds bonus, where players can win a large bonus amount depending on the number of wilds that appear on the reels. The maximum multiplier is x5.
In the other game, Batman has to face another one of his arch-rivals, Catwoman. This game has the Cat Burglar In-Reel bonus, where it is possible to win a multiplier or retrigger the bonus.
Playtech’s CEO stated that this game will provide Batman fans with the ultimate gaming experience, adding that the games will be part of the most popular progressive jackpot series. The following titles that are to be released next year include Man of Steel (2013), Green Lantern (2011), Superman I (1978) and Superman II (1980).
