Now, the terms are somewhat strict when it comes to the welcome bonus. They’re clearly stated under a separate link for the general bonus terms and conditions, which is helpful. Thankfully, although strict, they are not overly extensive.
First of all you need to know that bonus and deposit need to be wagered 30x before a withdrawal can be requested. Not a single NetEnt jackpot appears to be available at Nordicasino and many Play’n GO titles that can also feature jackpots, don’t seem to be equipped with them.
We have found, on occasion, that new online casinos as well as those that are only licensed in Curacao don’t necessarily get into the jackpot game just yet. Perhaps Nordicasino will feature them in the future.

Your best option to contact customer service at Nordicasino would be the live chat. There’s a contact number available as well, but that an international number and it will undoubtedly incur extra charges.
The live chat works reasonably well, but don’t expect to get good results if English isn’t your first language. The answers you may receive in any other language may sound odd, as if they’ve been Google translated. That’s a bit of a pity, but not entirely surprising. The main office appears to be located in the Slovak Republic and we don’t expect even native English speakers there.

The casino focuses on the brotherhood rather than the conquering of others with their theme and makes it light and slightly quirky. Overall the casino strikes us as a pretty solid choice, however, all the flaws we found need to be addressed. We do want to see another European license and more jackpots are definitely necessary.
