NetEnt’s Mega Million promotion ended long after the World Cup with a fantastic win for a Swedish player and can be considered a success.

In time for this year’s World Cup, NetEnt kicked off a Mega Million promotion, which only ended at the end of July. Winners of the various jackpots that NetEnt makes had the chance to get an extra €350,000 or €650,000, depending on the jackpot they won.
Among the winners was a Finish player, who nabbed the Hall of Gods jackpot of €3,034,205. He received an additional €350,000 upon winning.

Indeed, the lucky player from Sweden, who grabbed the final jackpot of July, managed to do so on the 30th July, only a day before the promotion was due to end. The 27-year old winner had only just signed up at an online casino and three hours later managed to hit it not just big but huge.
He happened to be on vacation when he decided to pass the time with a game or two on the slots. He couldn’t quite believe what had happened and had no real plans for the money just yet. He did mention in an interview, that he was going to share some of it with his loved ones and probably extend his vacation a little longer.
This win actually marked the biggest jackpot on Mega Fortune since December 2016. The jackpot stood at €5,984,456. Additionally, he received €650,000 as part of the Mega Million promotion. That means he walked away with €6.6 million.
