NetEnt Presented Operator Ready Version of Gonzo’s Quest VR

The ICE Totally Gaming is an annual event held in London where operators, game developers and other stakeholders present their latest products and services and announce their plans for the future. This year’s ICE was rather eventful and participants had the chance to get acquainted with the latest news.

For years, NetEnt is considered to be one of the most innovative and most progressive game developers. This year, the company announced something that will take the online casino world by storm. Namely, NetEnt presented the Gonzo’s Quest VR (virtual reality) version. This game was initially presented last year, but the version that was shown at the ICE 2018 was an operator ready version.

According to current estimates it is expected that the game will be available at a number of casino sites as early as this summer. The game is available online via browser, and there are no special integration requirements for casino operators. This means that games of the new VR genre will be available to all players without too much hassle.

Gonzo’s Quest VR will be available on a range of platforms, including both desktop and mobile devices, as long as the player has a functional VR set. NetEnt’s CEO spoke of the game, saying that the company remains at the forefront with its use of innovative technology. Many were sceptical when NetEnt announced its plans in 2016, but now everybody is thrilled and eagerly awaits the game.

NetEnt also presented a range of other games and products, including their new live casino which features a multi-table concept and a high degree of customisability, but, clearly the VR version of Gonzo’s Quest attracted most attention. Furthermore, the provider also launched a new charity website and the CEO stated that the company clearly shows its versatility and dedication to progress.
